It’s freezing. It’s almost spring. Everything is muddy. Trees look less dead. I’m regularly wearing my very warmest winter coats. The sun is out. The wind! Good heavens, the wind! Ooo, look at all the tulips in the farmers markets! Rising coronavirus cases. Again. We’ll spend the night at the zoo during spring break. Why do we not have vaccines yet? Just a few weeks until many gardens open for the first time since two years ago! Wait, since I bought expensive garden tickets, we’ll probably go back into severe lockdown. I’m learning so much French! I will never understand French.

A couple weeks ago

Guess how many I bought
Right now, my favorite way to Enjoy the Atmosphere of Europe is going to the market, and the Stockel Market is open today—I should probably buy some more tulips.
