Chris has pulled into some really cool ports this deployment.

“PLEASE send me photos so I can live vicariously through you!!” I request each time. Finally he sent me some! The descriptions, however, were lacking, so I’m going to have to make some up.

Here stands Chris, proudly holding some flag before the giant canyon in Oman. And a goat. And a camel. That might have been in Bahrain.

“All I want from the souk is a photo of big mounds of spices,” I told Chris. Ta-da! That’s true love right there. And finally, apparently he visited me. Not me in the flesh, but the ancient city of me. Good work, Chris! Maybe sometime you can visit me again. Keep the photos coming!
